Any jewelry purchased online at www.askindredspirits.com
for shipment to an address within the continental United States will be shipped for $10.00 via UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service. If you choose to upgrade to Next Day or 2nd Day, shipping will be charged at our regular shipping rates.
If your purchase includes both jewelry and non-jewelry items, regular shipping will be charged for the non-jewelry items.
Any jewelry that is received with $10.00 shipping and then returned for refund will be refunded at the purchase price of the item less an $10.00 shipping and $3.00 handling charge.
Delivery time of items ordered vary by artist and are noted on each product page. In many instances, the artist will be hand making your item when it is ordered, therefore ship dates are approximate.
As Kindred Spirits will ensure that the order is placed handled in a timely manner. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. We are more than willing to assist with any questions or concerns during the ordering process. e-mail email@example.com

Shipping and handling charges will appear separately at checkout. Shipping charges for shipments within the continental United States are based on the total value of your order.
For orders outside the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), please email us
with the address and list of items before placing your order, and we will notify you of the shipping charges for your specific order and address.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make at As Kindred Spirits. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your needs, return it to us within 21 days of the invoice date with your original receipt and we will either refund your purchase price, exchange it for other merchandise or issue you an As Kindred Spirits online gift certificate for the value of the return, as you prefer.
If you have received an item from As Kindred Spirits as a gift, you may return it with the original receipt within 21 days of the original shipping date, and we will either exchange it for other merchandise or issue you an As Kindred Spirits online gift card for the value of the return, as you prefer.
Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the items damaged, e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
so we can arrange to have it picked up. Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you contact us, we will discuss a replacement, refund or credit - your choice. A replacement will be shipped to you at no charge. Unfortunately, replacements are not available for one-of-a-kind works.
Orders that are shipped out of Maryland and Virginia are not charged tax.
Canceling or Changing an Order
If you want to cancel or change an order e-mail us. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.
Purchases From Outside the U.S
We are more than happy to take purchases from outside the U.S. and Canada; there are, however, no returns on these purchases and any extra shipping fees will apply. If you are making a purchase as described above, please complete the shopping process in full and our Help Desk will contact you via e-mail about any additional shipping charges.
The value of the merchandise only will be exchanged or refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must be in original unused and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift returns, will be either exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card at the current selling price.
If you are exchanging an item and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the return item, please include your credit card information for the additional amount.
Please note: we do not charge you shipping when we send you an exchange item, but the shipping charges on your original purchase are not refundable.
If you return your web purchase to an As Kindred Spirits store, please provide the original invoice for merchandise credit or refund.
"Custom Orders" are final sale. They may not be returned as the artist has customized the item ordered to your specifications.
